Partner with W.H. Greene
If you are a broker, you can send a submission and request a quote. But in order to bind an account through W.H. Greene, we require the following information be sent to our Licensing Department:
- Signed Agency/Broker Agreement
- Copy of Agency’s State License for All Locations of Referenced Account
- Copy of Agency’s Current Errors & Omissions Declarations page
- Copy of Agency’s W-9 Form
